11.10.09 marked the Sea Snipers first official guide signing at the midnight release of Modern Warfare 2. We had an incredible turnout at all stores and signed tons of stuff. There were so many people it was hard to get to talk to them all. Between running the tournaments and the raffles and giving away all of the prizes that Brady Games and the Sea Snipers provided, (we worked non-stop from about 8pm til 1am or later) we barely had time to breathe. Rator, Grifter, Shooter, Bassani, Wally, Snakebite and Midnight ran things at our stores across the country, thanks guys you all did a great job!

We had lots of stuff to give away from guides and shirts to patches, mousepads, and more. I personally must have signed 100 different items and I know the rest of the guys had similiar success. It's kind of weird for us. We're just regular guys like everyone else, well, maybe not Shooter, but it's weird for us. People were super cool, we talked about the guide and what it's like to work at Infinity Ward, the game itself and how we got into this line of work. We pre-signed boxes of guides for people who couldn't be there for the midnight release, and once people got their games, instead of running home, they got in line to have their things signed by us. It was really quite crazy and we appreciate all of the enthusiasm from all of the people who came out to visit us last night. You're the people who keep the industry going.

We signed so many different things, guides, limited edition guides, game covers and discs, posters, shirts, controllers, and I signed a couple of pairs of night vision goggles and even 2 of the MW2 Xbox 360 consoles! People wanted to take pictures with us and we talked to them about the Sea Snipers and our league, how we play and everything that goes into making a guide like this. I had a guy ask the manager how he was able to get the guy who wrote the guide to come to PA and sign stuff. He turned and pointed at me and said "This is the guy". The other guy was like "no kidding? Why did you come here?" I said "i live here". He said "damn you must be rich and flew here in your private helicopter" lol. Everyone was really cool.

We helped set up and run tournaments which turned out great. The winners got different things including a free copy of the game. We had free Chik-Fil-A and drinks from Monster, the National Guard was there and those guys were great to talk to and were never pushy. I overheard them telling people that were interested that they would personally call their parents and go over everything in detail with them, very cool. We held raffles and gave away all of the cool stuff that Brady and the SS had supplied and that was lots of fun, everyone clapping and laughing. I have to give props to all of the guys at my store especially Ben and Nate who really knew what they were doing, great job you guys. I can't think of a way that we could have made it any better.

Shooter came with everything except a weapon, he was all decked out speaking military speak to all the people at his event. Grifter had a professional photographer at his event (Kevin Lee http://www.kevinleeimaging.com ), guys all decked out too. Midnight signed someones head, and his store had a tricked out Humvee, and Midnight gets the award for worst signature ever! Wally had a bunch of people want pics with him too. We talked to everyone from teenagers to parents about everything. Everyone was very interested in our involvement in the guide and the Prestige Edition looks fantastic! Big thanks to Debby from Brady Games who was able to get promotional posters printed up for us and sent us boxes full of stuff to give away from guides to shirts and more. Thanks Debby! We are so fortunate to be able to work with Brady on these guides, they are really in tune with gamers and go above and beyond to get us everything we need to deliver the best possible product.

Big thanks to Game Stop, Brady Games, the Sea Snipers who went out of their way to purchase additional items to give away and to put in 6+ hours of their time to do these events across the country, and especially all of the fans who showed up. You guys rock!

So yeah, here I am typing when I should be shooting. Thanks again everyone and see you all online!
