my guess is something to do with snipers when i get home from work ill look at all the sniper challenges and see what i think but this is just a guest

Nope, just achievements / trophies for certain star counts & such, but nothing big really, nothing for MP anyway...

You unlock the emblem by achieving the "I'm Rich" Payback challenge. You need to achieve rank 47 to unlock the challenge. Then you need to kill your killer with C4 25 times. Thanks to [SS]Hobo for finding this out for us.
