That's pretty funny Dat. It's sort of the reverse of what happened to my boss recently. His wife wanted a Land Rover. So, she was shopping prices and found one on Ebay. He argued with her that buying a vehicle on Ebay sight unseen on the other side of the country wasn't a good idea and that paying an additional $6k for the security of having a local dealer with which to handle maintenance issues would be worth the extra expense over time. She didn't see it that way and they left the discussion with him saying, "well, do whatever you want to do I'm out of this." About an hour later she came to him again and said, "well, we're going to need a cashier's check for $xx,xxx dollars." She had left to go back to the computer and made a committment to purchase. He was like wtf?!!! He's still sore over that one. Apparently, she's as headstrong as he is, lol. It's probably funnier to hear the story in peron from him since he's pretty colorful in relating it.
