YOU more than anyone should know that publishers are going to make sure that your COD still tastes like COD. But there are tons of new things in it like you said. You can't just up and turn it into a racing game you know lol. Shit, I should've copyrighted that, now they're gonna do it.

Scorestreaks instead of killstreaks, a new mode Hardpoint (at the expense of Sabotage tho), and an entirely new way of loading out, you can run into guys with a stock gun with no attachments, but like 6 perks, or vice versa, all new weapons and all new maps also kinda change the core gameplay so...

I could also make your argument tho too, they're GuitarHeroing the series and if you wanna laugh watch the last cutscene with Avenged Sevenfold. But the game is solid and great for competition. If BF, COD & Socom had a baby, I'd arrange a playdate.

scorestreaks arent new, hardpoint is ripped directly from halo(king of the hill)...

The loadouts really have no effect the differentiate the gameplay from any previous version.

scorestreaks are new, used to be killstreaks, now you get streaks for getting points for things like assists, plants, defuses, defends, etc.

Well I got a chance to play 2 games today. Unable to fish either due to migrating host fails that dumped us in the lobby. What happened to the dedicated servers?

Out of frustration I played a custom game with bots. Very impressed with the range of difficulty that you can set them up with. I really feel that it is training. But that is just with one game with them.
