Thanks for all of the input, guys it's, been a lot of help. Show, I'm not married, I'm a little young for that yet at 18. I was thinking about becoming a law enforcement officer in the civilian world, but I would have had no funding and no place to live. Since then, I've been looking at the AF as a means to do what I want to without the issues of doing it here(not to mention they train me on bigger guns
). So getting away from my parents and travelling isn't really a reason for doing it, but more of a bonus. If everything goes to plan this week, I will be going to the recruiter and talking to him and taking the ASVAB sometime next week to see where I end up with what I have to choose from.
