Trading in PS3 for 360....
 

Gamestop has a deal going right now for 30% extra on trade ins for systems.. I called them and they said I could get $110-$120 for my older PS3 model. they have 360s for $130.. I am thinking about making the trade.. Wonder what all I need to bring with the ps3? I have 3 controllers, and the hdmi and battery cabel. Can I pick up AV cables for it at walmart (i believe you need those to trade it in).

So if I can do that and trade in the games that I do have right now, I should be able to pick up the 360 easily and get BO2 for it and another game or two..

What should I know though before getting the 360? Is it wireless? do I need a yearly fee for internet?

Nice! It does have wireless but i think you may need an adapter depending on which version you get. It does have a yearly fee of $60 i think, but it's worth it for the reliability alone I think.

It doesn't play blurays, but it does play dvds.

There are tons of free demos to DL and theyre giving away 2 free games a month now with your membership. This month is Crackdown, then in 2 weeks is Dead Rising 2.

PS3 > 360 :P

I kind of made a good deal.. My wife ended up buying me a 360.. so I have a PS3, 360 and a Wii now:) When I decide on Xbox1 or PS4, I am trading in all three towards that new console:)
