360 DLC rights

Remember how I kept complaining about if my 360 broke that I would loose the rights to my DLC and would not be able to use my DLC unless I was online. Like for instance, I get the RRoD and get a new 360, I would loose the rights to my DLC and not be able to play the RB songs @ Sniper Con or something like that unless I was online.
