i have a avatar i want to use i got it on my computer i need to know how and where to put it on the net so i can use it ??? please help

You don't need to upload the avatar to the web to use it in the Vbulletins forums, like this one.

Just hit the browse button, where you see the avatar stuff in your profile, and attach the file from your hard drive.
