I know some of you guys have PCs and want to peep this game... this is only one level of it, but I'm curious...

Wow...I would love to, but my PC is substandard I guess.. The only qualification that I meet is 2Ghz processor. I have half the min RAM and a 5200 GEForce (need 6200 min.) AND I JUST UPGRADED TO THAT CARD AND RAM!!!! toungey

Hah, you sound like me. Before I upgraded, I had 1.2g processor, 256 RAM, 5200 nVidia, no sound....sillysmile

.. then I upgraded to 2gig RAM, 5700 nVidia, doubled my HDD and then my computer crashed... (from the sudden shock of upgrade I guess)thumbsdown

I have half the ram, and no where near the amount of video memory (my graphics card is crap 32meg ati)

The how the fack did you play it? I mean it was a fucking slideshow. I don't have an opinion of it since I can't play it the way it's supposed to play.

after talking to Modi and Tech they think it's pretty good. Tech's been telling me about how he can shoot up the cars they're hiding behind till there's no more cover...

i only played a little bit , but i did the auto detect and it worked fine, i ramped some shit down more and it ran even better. i dunno, runs smooth for me.

I just assume that you do have the 128, but for some reason, I have a strange feeling you've got the 256 meg version.


And BTW, I have hope that nVidia driver upgrades will solve my problem. (Rator might actually be using newwer drivers since we rebuilt his machine)

lol same card 6600GT 128, and i am not sure of the driver version. I havent updated it since i had that mouse lock up problem in bf2.

Yeah, I haven't upgraded since like... forever...

I think they're saying the 84.4 drivers are like awesome for GRAW.. totally increases framerates...

I could probably sell it for a good 6 thou. If any of you are interested in a hotrod in a hot case, let me know.
I'm about to instal an NO2 cooling system so it won't run so hot. Not that it does now, but my processors could use some breathing room. If you want that in too, it'll be about $1,200 more.

Yeah, my step-mom got a brand new MacBook Pro, and she said it had more performance than my PC. (Coming from someone who obviously has no clue about computers.) Anyway, it's got a HD screen too. I have a 21 inch flat screen monitor, but wouldn't mind having a 3 huge Apple monitor system like for Battlefield 2 while in an airplane. That would be sweet. I don't know the exact name of the monitor, but it's a great, huge.................waste of money. I mean it's good, just overdoing it. That's all.
