I've got a copy of Sorenson Squeeze (http://www.sorensonmedia.com/solutions/prod/comp_win.php) that you can borrow Rator... plus premiere and aftereffects can both save to any of those formats.

do you need something converted, or are you gonna have a ton of shizzie that will eventually need to be converted?

lol no , i need to open a wmv convert it to an mov, work on it, then save it out as an mpeg

I use a program called Sony Vegas.. its a video editor. I can help you out w/ it, or you can just dload the program from various online sources which you may or may not pay for...

I believe for mpeg you need a plugin.. which may also be obtained from various online sources which you may or may not pay for...
