Server Error 38 [Archive]

Anyone know exactly what this means, other than the servers are down?

Are you getting Error 38 or Error 36? I see a lot of people getting the Error 36 but you said you're getting Error 38.

Try reading this (http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstation/board/message?board.id=ps2na&message.id=57045). I think this pertains more to DNAS and the network adapter but you may find some useful inforamtion.

no i was getting error 38, but it let me online now, so i dunno, but thanks anyways..

From what I read a lot of people are having troubles this morning getting online. Who know what they could be doing. Hopefully they fixed it if it's letting you now.
