Robert Rodriguez is a good director (think Dusk til Dawn) and won't mess it up.

The only thing that worries me is Bruce Willis... Kind of a homogenous actor. Josh Hartnett and Elijah Wood are same thing.

I think Bruce will be fine... he was pretty freaking good in Pulp Fiction... and he only had a small part in that.
