I guess this falls under TV Reviews. They are making a new class of TV's now. I was shopping for TV's when I came across this commercial.

Here’s an article (http://www.cnet.com/news/are-curved-tvs-a-gimmick/) sort of slamming the Curved TV idea. It’s basically just a gimmick. But hey, if you get one, I’d love to hear about it...

$2000? I don't think so. I was pricing smart TV's when I found that ad. I really don't see the advantage of something like that. At least not yet.

If it was 20' then yes it's needed like an IMAX in your house.

i wouldnt buy a tv online unless id seen it in person first. go watch it display whatever you will be displaying on it most often and judge from there. i saved like $800 on a cheaper model that i thought actually looked better.

I plan on buying any smart TV in the bargain bin. Around $600 is the most I'm willing to spend.
