I have acquired a Compaq proliant 3000 server

Hey peeps, I am needding to know if anyone is familiar with the Compaq Proliant 3000 server? I have just acquired one for my training center and am a serious non-server guy. can anyone direct me where to resource to on this product.

It is running a Win 2k OS, 24Gig HD, SCSI hard drive BTW. It is about 5 or 6 years old (I know a dinosaur by todays standards, but hey. it was a FREEBIE!!) ............about all I know right now. I want to use this for my training classes and also possible some web hosting (if I can figure out how to create a website).

I figure Weeps, Captain C and Rator will prolly be calling me soon with advice...... fire away everyone! LOL

Well for the hardware side of things try www.compaq.com which is part of HP now so you could also go to www.hp.com and get to it either way.

For the Windows 2K side of things go to www.microsoft.com AND get someone who knows what there doing.
