Cellphone in the background of Charlie Chaplin's 1928 film The Circus

Someone found what appears to be woman (with big feet) using a cellphone in the background of Charlie Chaplin's 1928 film The Circus. It's actually on the extras DVD and is footage of the outside of the theater where the film premiered.

The footage in question starts at 2:43 in the below video.
